Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollment
Once a student has enrolled in any online course, purchased a study package, or subscribed to a plan, the access to digital content, recorded lectures, and study materials is granted immediately. Therefore, such purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues where the amount has been deducted but access was not granted.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial use of services, or completion of the course content.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via email at info@sainikschoolcoaching.live with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Payment Reference Number / Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and respond within 5–7 working days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction (for example, via Razorpay). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Cancellations
- Since most of our courses provide instant access to digital learning materials, cancellations after purchase are not allowed.
- In case of an accidental or duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately at info@sainikschoolcoaching.live.
6. Course Modifications or Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or feature at our discretion. If such changes impact your paid access, we may offer alternative solutions or partial refunds at our sole discretion.
